As the Business Process Lead, I was primarily responsible for the overall business requirement documentation, design, validation and E2E deployment of the CRM Sales and Customer service solution, processes and data and governance standards (contained within the global and local template) across CCA Australia and New Zealand.After a highly successful CRM implementation I was promoted to Snr Business Process Lead and went on to lead best in class technology implementations to extend the CRM tool to - Equipment Services - Primary IT responsibility in the project management, business co-ordination and on time, on budget implementation of the CCA MyEquipment programme which delivered revenue savings and reduced time to select, customise, and deliver ROI back to our business across the equipment function. We also built new technology in CRM Web Catalogues to allow customers direct choice and self serve the best machines to suit their business needs. The My equipment programme won the 2012 CCA National Innovate award. - CRM Customer Intimacy project extended the use of CRM to the Sales field force with a simple, practical and data driven avenue to hold information on customers and mine this quickly and efficiently in order to build stronger relationships and build customer success. - CRM 7 upgrade - sole responsibility of the upgrade project management including budget, governance, resourcing, basis and development co-ordination, testing (technical, integration, functional, UAT) and E2E delivery with nil impact to business performance and coordination between global development and SAP.
