    During this period, I demonstrated excellence in successfully handling multiple responsibilities and achieved outstanding outcomes with cost advantages. I streamlined various operational functions and achieved the project goals. Key initiatives which were led by me during this period were: Demonstrated excellence in Organization Alignment project at Prudential, wherein all the Cost centers/ department were reorganized. Implemented changes in Business Object system and made sure the same is reflected on PeopleSoft too by coordinating with PeopleSoft team.  Recognized and Awarded with Monetary Token of Thanks by the organization at Prudential for implementing process improvement ideas like designing reports on Business Objects and incorporating a few macros on monthly reports to save time and improve accuracy.  Independently took charge of the year end activities and drove outstanding result in terms of year end Ad Hoc requests from various stakeholders for both the areas "Cost allocation and Consolidated Reporting” in Prudential. Worked on consolidated reporting side of the business which included reporting the Expenses, headcount and Revenue for UK and Europe that used to get published externally each quarter and preparing various reports for different statutory entities. Oversaw cost allocation function, which was strategically crucial. Looked after quarterly forecast and used to work on Cost Driver Review on quarterly basis, adding new cost centre with driver rules approved from Cost allocation Steering committee. Received several awards and excellent ratings in the performance appraisals for demonstrating quick learning capabilities at work and delivering exceptional results.
