- Daily communication with store manager, machine mechanics and counter staff to endure all "Day at a Glance" rentals are prepped and ready for rent.- Enter daily totals summary's from previous day to QB's and POR programs.- Handle all back-office bookkeeping tasks i.e., Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and any incoming and outgoing correspondence to customers and other business professionals.- Process payroll reports weekly verifying hours prior to being submitted to Paychex Flex.- Direct administrative support to owner and store manager.- Manage daily banking activities with complete authorization to disperse and transfer funds within three business accounts as needed to support all monetary transactions.- Monitor all license, permit, registrations and safety renewals throughout the year to ensure the company stays in compliance with state and county organizations. This includes hazardous waste collection, air quality and petroleum storage inspections.- Process weekly invoicing and monthly statements to ensure each customers account is accurately billed and stays current.- Constant communication to any customers that may have delinquent accounts, both by phone and written correspondence to assist with payment arrangements as well as processing any collections when necessary.- Monitoring four credit card accounts to balance all charges and be accurately coded to business expenses.- Preparing month end reports, bank statements, credit card statements and daily totals to be processed and entered to submit to accountant.
