    Tasked with closing the Sparta, Illinois facility and launching a new centralized operation in Memphis, Tennessee, moving 225+ truckloads of inventory to a new, 169K sq. ft. facility with 120 team members and 20K SKUs servicing global retailers.➤ Secured several tax credits and abatement through relationship development with key stakeholders from the Memphis Chamber of Commerce, supporting mission-critical enterprise consolidation and operational efficiency objectives.➤ Played an integral role in the development, launch, and oversight of a new Returns Department—vital to the company’s ability to distribute to bookstores—which, up until this point, had only sold non-returnable goods.➤ Partnered with the VP of Operations to research, evaluate, and select a WMS provider—the first WMS deployed in a previously paper-based organization—automating picking and returns, and expanding inventory management functions.
