    Through my role at Mark Leesons my responsibilities included close customer care and building strong rapports between myself and customers to stabilise a customer flow and dedication within the salon. During this time I also gained management experience giving me the ability to train stylists and push my team to meet weekly targets and help them develop individually as stylists.
