    Work with contractors/technicians and equipment manufacturers to facilitate troubleshooting and warranty repair of HVAC and refrigeration products. Assist Johnstone dealers with technical support on all equipment sold by Johnstone Supply including Coleman A/C's ( York, Fraser Johnson), Goodman/Daiking, and Fujitsu HVAC products. Responsible for training programs at Johnstone Supply and for all contractor training on Johnstone supplied products. I have completed commercial HVAC training from Johnson Controls/UPG and am certified for startup and commissioning of all UPG commercial HVAC equipment as well as a certified Applications Specialist. I am well versed in the installation and troubleshooting of the simplicity controls family that is used in all UPG commercial equipment, as well as building automation protocols such as BacNet that are often used in conjunction with simplicity control systems. I attend yearly technical Managers meetings for Goodman/Daikin products as well as York/Coleman/FraserJ. tech. Manager meetings, and am responsible for maintaining knowledge of all the associated equipment for these brands. We handle many vendors and parts for which I am responsible for being informed of all technical aspects.

    Responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of all HVAC & refrigeration equipment, as well as all restaurant equipment. Ovens, Stoves, Broilers, Microwaves, Steamers, Soup Wells, Deep Fryers, Ice Machines, Griddles, Toasters, Mixers and all of the cooks line refrigeration/freezer appliances for 7 different restaurants throughout the Central Valley. Working from company van, was responsible for all aspects of facilities maintenance and upkeep. Managed all service and repair calls by urgency/importance of work needed and accomplished repairs in the order necessary to keep restaurants operating at their maximum efficiency. Replaced old motors with new more energy efficient motors, updated existing refrigeration equipment with newer, more efficient equipment using non-ozone depleting refrigerants. Changed old incandescent light fixtures out for new energy efficient T8 fluorescent light fixtures to help decrease energy used by each sight.
