Asset management, develop and maintain capital expenditure budget, and the right off or sale of, obsolete or damaged assets. Prepare detailed monthly performance reports and project plans for the board of directors. Project management, coordinate indirect staff, active member of the NPD committee. Computer Aided Design (CAD) using SolidWorks for design of new products, tooling and machinery. Utilise CAD for factory layout improvements. Improved risk management systems, risk assessments, risk registers and audits. Improved investigation practices and reporting.
