    -Handling weekly shipment report of Dyson's contract manufacturers.-Responsible to follow up pending cases in Dyson monthly material claim report with Dyson person in charge under engineering department and send the updates to finance department in a monthly basis. - Download the BOM from Dyson internal information system for each finished goods/components which have been claimed as exposure(wastage) by CM to Dyson due to several criteria. -Pull the where-use demand for each components for each SKU of all CM(by project). -Mitigate the list of potential exposure(wastage) received from all CM, with checking the demand,revision,stock on hand(CM) ,stock on hand(supplier), Minimum order quantity(MOQ) ,lead time & unit price for each components.-Liaise with procurement department to check the claim issues(If any).-Audit the number of claims which have been approved to be write-off & scraped.
