    I was a supervisor at San Francisco Federal and also Mechanics Bank.I supervised the following jobs within my departments: ACH, Payment Processing, Large Transactions, Collections, Escheat ed Accounts, Deposits, Research, General ledgers Balancing, Customer Service and prepared for and received excellent audits. I Created a Department that is professional, and that worked well as a team, doing their job efficiently and quickly and correctly. I had excellent employees who were Cross Trained on many different jobs within the department. My Employees took ownership in their jobs as well as the Company we worked for.I also wrote reviews, had staff meetings and handled all the duties a supervisor does Including writing procedures for each job with in the department.
