    I was a Right of Way Agent in the Appraisal and Property Management Sections of the Right of Way Bureau. In the Appraisal section I assigned, tracked processed appraisals checking calculations and making sure that all documents were complete. Acted as a liaison between the Fed Highway Admin and Central Artery. I was in charge of scheduling meetings of the Real Estate Review Board for appraisals over $175,000 and preparing documents and preparing packages for the R.E.R.B.In Property Management I coordinated the purchase and or lease of state owned land in excess of highway needs. Inspected sites and advised requesters of departmental procedures. Submitted proposals to Federal Highway for approval on parcels receiving Federal Funding.
