    I am fortunate to work for an organization that values the HR function and to be an active member of our "C Suite." I manage our HR Department and oversee payroll, benefits adminstration, recruiting/hiring, training and development. I am responsible for contract negotiation, budget development, strategic planning, employee relations, and creating/maintaining our HR policies. I am a founding board member of our local SHRM chapter, Lower Columbia HR Management Association; I have served on the board since 2003.

Began as a software support rep offering telephone support, training and site visits for software installations (upgrades and conversions). During my tenture I also worked in marketing, operations and HR and became a liason between our customers and the company.
