    Payton Place is a Memphis based coaching and consulting practice, which exists to be a global community presence and resource recognized for developing well-engaged, vision-focused, mission-driven, community leaders. Our primary focus is understanding and meeting the growth and development needs of visionary leaders, minority and women owned business enterprises, and nonprofit organizations. Payton Place offers a broad range of coaching, training, and human development services, as well as project management. We serve clients both domestically and internationally.

    • Develop, lead, and implement the strategic planning process for the future of ABCD.• Create and implement economic development programs aimed at increasing home ownership, financial literacy, and workforce development. • Partner with local community leaders and practitioners to create effective community-led spiritual, economic, social, and educational programs. • Serve as a liaison between clergy, police, community leaders, employers, program practitioners and community stakeholders to identify opportunities for partnership, service and commerce. • Identify prospective community partners as well as opportunities for community collaboration and service integration.• Provide leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and carry out plans and policies authorized by the board. • Promote active and broad participation by volunteers in all areas of the organization's work. • Maintain official records and documents, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local regulations.
