Maintaining customer focus, attention to detail, ability to work on your own without supervision, work under pressure & to deadlines, multi-tasking skills, excellent time management skills. Providing a high level of customer care and being first contact for customers queries or complaints. Attending internal & client meetings, providing the client with a weekly update of the programme. Daily use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.

The company is the largest Powered Platform Access company in the United Kingdom and Europe with over 15000 platform (cherry picker) machines, hired out on either long/short term basis to existing and new customers. My role is to provide support to our 30 depots, engineers & the Technical Support Centre which deals with all emergency breakdowns & LOLER Compliance (6monthly test certificates). It's a high volume, fast pace department & working for a small team my experience, attention to detail and organisation skills has allowed me to take lead on developing processes to facilitate an efficient & effective support function within the department.My responsibilities included:-• Timely dispatch of engineers/suppliers to emergency breakdowns and ensuring the customers are kept informed throughout within the agreed SLA time frame. Processing all supplier invoices, purchase orders, all queries and disputes. An indication on volume processed is an average of 150 engineers jobs per day, minimum 50 POs per day, 400 inbound emails processed all based on a rotation system with other colleagues• Liaising with customers & suppliers to agree the best solution during cases of escalation. Planning and arranging inspections on all machines in line with LOLER regulations• Ongoing, daily assistance is provided to the depots with any issues the engineers may have while on route or on sites as well as assisting with the resource planner.
