Obtained Esri ArcGIS Desktop Associate 10.5 certification.Developed innovative interactive map for citizens to comment on Zoning Cases. This application won Honorable Mention from the Texas Chapter of the American Planning Association 2018. Developed new variables and spatial analysis techniques to measure neighborhood health with our in-house Neighborhood Enhancement Tool with comparisons over time from 2010 to present. Developed streamlined workflows by automating process with model builder. Eager to incorporate python skills to automate processes. Developed in-house maps for Plano Tomorrow Comprehensive plan which saved the City money from hiring out to third party. Since the data is in GIS format it is continually used for spatial analysis from several departments. Took project lead to research, develop, and write the guiding plan document, "Transitioning to an ArcGIS Online Organization Operational Plan" for the GIS Division. Result was a 43 page document and the plan was implemented as written. Performed extensive QAQC on centerline data utilized for 911 to greatly improve routing and locations for dispatchers and the Fire Department. Updated and greatly enhanced the map experience for 911 dispatchers.Extract data from third-party applications such as TRAKit to create spatial data for analysis and mapping purposes. Created interactive maps for a variety of City departments on both ArcGIS Online and Portal to use in place of ArcGIS desktop.Developed template for Engineering City Council agenda item maps for the consistent, easy to read maps. Took project lead for STAR program in 2014 and during re-certification in 2018 which included complex analysis related to environmental justice equitable city services, transportation, parkland, historic preservation, green infrastructure, and food deserts. As Business Intelligence Analyst/GIS II, support all City departments as needed.
