•Estimation of all floor types (wood/tile/stone/carpet/concrete/vinyl) installation, repair, refinishing (incl. wood sanding/refinishing and commercial concrete coatings and polishing) •Research Pricing and availability of materials •Determine respective quantities to complete a project based upon plans and specs •Produce accurate, thorough, clear and complete project labor and material estimates electronically with understanding of markup and profit margins, review estimates with VP Sales prior to delivery to client •Execute client and schedule updates, project reporting including win ratio, materials ordering •Monitor deadlines with sense of urgency •Understand client’s SLA’s (Service Level Agreement) and factors that affect our performance reporting, implement processes to improve our reports •Maintain electronic files and records and history of customer activity, routinely update job notes and statuses in client website •Job site evaluations or some on-site project management, some travel (very occasional) •Assist VP of Sales as needed with coordinating site surveys for bids, RFI packages, or other tasks as needed

-Assist clients with working on their individualized rehabilitation plan goals in the following areas to assist the client with restoration of skills:• Self-care skills--hygiene, nutrition, self-administration and compliance with medication • Social skills--community integration activities, interactive skills with peers and authority figures, developing natural supports, and supporting the child's participation in community activities• Independent living skills--maintenance of personal living space, community awareness, mobility skills, money management, and accessing available entitlements• Cultural and spiritual activities• Medication management• Health promotion and training nutrition, exercise and dental care• Prevention of illness and injury at home and in the community-Work cooperatively with family and professionals to coordinate services with other agencies and programs in the best interest of the individual.-Research and provide the client with community based resources as needed.-Facilitate the client’s participation in the weekly on-site group meetings to encourage peer socialization and development of coping strategies/techniques.-Responsible for rendering supportive services to all individuals in their assigned case load.-Maintaining the program services in a professional, orderly, stable and safe manner while implementing, documenting, and collecting data for individual behavioral and rehabilitation plans. -Responsible for implementing eligibility, screening and enrollment procedures for individuals served.
