I was also responsible for identifying and effectively addressing operational unit needs, identifying opportunities and implementing plans for improving processes and adopting new technologies, and monitoring revenue and expenditures.In addition to these tasks, I was also responsible for providing high-level oversight of operations and employees, preparing accurate performance reports, implementing corrective measures where needed, and serving as a trusted liaison between the executive management team and managers on the ground. This required me to be an excellent communicator and collaborator, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including team members, donors, community leaders, and government officials.Overall, my job as Director of Operations for Vision To Learn was challenging and rewarding, and required me to draw on a wide range of skills and expertise. Through my work with this organization, I gained invaluable experience in nonprofit management and learned firsthand the importance of effective leadership, teamwork, and collaboration in achieving meaningful social impact.
