Supported partners in field with installation, configuration of digital tools for WFP SCOPE platform that aided registration & distribution of over 25,000 beneficiaries registered & enrolled in areas of Eastern Equotoria, also supported Renk field office on Tdy mission on WFP digital tools support to aid registration & distribution project under Sudan emergency response which saw over 40,000 individuals enrolled mostly returnees from Sudan.Installed, configured, & deployed more than 100 workstations, Tablets, Cisco switches, MPOS, access points, digital senders & Servers with WFP authorized softwares, & other tools that made Torit Field office compliant with the set standards with other offices worldwide. Supervised, coached, guided & evaluated team of five (5) dedicated Telecom Assistants that managed Inter agency Radio operations that provided support in tracking & providing reliable 24/7 Telecom services.Trained, guided & developed easy to read tutorials to all WFP Torit staff on use of office 365 tools likes One drive, SharePoint, Forms & Teams which increased collaboration of office work online by 100% hence adherence to digital workspace. Provided hands on & remote support to all Torit staff with IT, Telecom & Scope through IT/Scope Service tickets assigned under Torit & escalated 2% to CO & HQ that required level 3 support . Planned, budgeted, and supervised Torit base Radio relocation & installation with no interference on services.

Supported in deployment, administration & training of Microsoft AX system, transfer & migration of all field office data from Quick books to Microsoft Active Dynamics with out downtime. enhanced easy cloud and secure access. Supported in designing & deployment of Islamic Relief South Sudan website, which increased project visibility and operations across South Sudan.. Harnessed the design & implementation of point to multi point wireless network linking main office to guest house, priotised QoS to guest house link during off work peak time, this saved cost on bandwidth proper utilization, also in addition i proposed, guided & negotiated with Service provider for improved bandwidth at cost that benefited both IRSS & ISP, which led to increased performances of Cloud based Microsoft ERP (AX Dynamics) that eased operations. and cost reduced on internet related costs.Coordinated, managed Ramadan and Qurbani projects for Seven years from initiation to final delivery consecutively with 95% success rate feedback from main stakeholders.
