    Working as a coordinator and a guide for the program Machon through the Jewish Agency was a full time and live in position. I was responsible for the security and organization of 90 members of Zionist youth movements from all over the world (Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, America and England). The job required me to truly think outside the box in order to know how to handle the unexpected. The actual material I dealt with for the programming of the 90 children involved my knowledge of the history of the Jewish people, conflicts rooted in the Israeli framework, and other factors that affect the Jewish people.
