    Projects:• Key member of the team tasked with providing due diligence for the acquisition of Higgins. Accountable for assessing financial systems, identifying gaps, balance sheet analysis and Net Tangible Assets (NTA) calculation analysis with a focus on work in progress and contracts. Partnered with Higgins Financial Controller post acquisition to align financial and reporting practices with Fletcher Building Corporate timelines and expectations. Also assisted with the preparation of three year budget and forecast. • Project Accountant for ($23M) JD Edwards implementation project. Managed finance stream of work, accountable for analysis, risk identification and business impact minimisation while ensuring all reporting changes integrated correctly. A significant challenge was the consolidation of five separate Alliance and Joint Venture project balance sheets into one.• Managed the successful finance transition of the Forman Commercial Interiors business from Fletcher Building’s Distribution division into Fletcher’s Construction Division. Provided analysis and aligned processes with Fletcher Construction practices. Performed business as usual activity for two months before handing over to newly appointed Accountant.

    Initially contracted to support the Financial Controller and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) with financial reporting, operational analysis, commercial thinking and business planning support during the JD Edwards implementation. Role also involved significant project work and supported the team through a finance restructure.
