SOIL has been set up by the founders of Grow Talent Company Limited. I am also working for a company dealing in vegetable seeds, biocides, biofertilizers with presence in seven states of India, a Content Research focused Corporate Communications Company and a company engaged in K+12 and vocational education. I am also engaged in farming at my small farm in eastern UP.
