    A chain of Restaurants and Cafes all over UAE; Retail Outlets: - First lady , Sport Fashion ,Sacoche Trading, Elle, Alviero Martini, Plus IT, Opera Accessories & Gifts, Paris Hilton) that deals in internationally branded Ladies handbags, garments and Sports accessories. Duties Include: Take care of day to day accounts, Reconciliation of Accounts Payable & Receivable, Maintenance of cash etc. Provide Leadership, Direction and Training to Assistants/juniors on accounting Systems Preparation of monthly reports like Food Cost Analysis Report for the whole F& B Group. Scrutiny of debtors & creditors. Exposed in interacting with banks, vendors, and other third parties Scrutiny of debtors, creditors, daily monitoring of Sales, and Purchases Reconciliation of debtors, creditors, Inter - Company Transactions Consignment Accounts. Handling Accounts up to Finalization in a computerized environment Familiar with calculating Staff Payroll (WPS), Leave Salary and End of Service Benefits.
