    My main role is to process refunds by way of chequered or direct credit of policy cancelations. If cheques need to be cancelled and reissued, they are done by me. I also communicate with brokers on how to best process the refund and advise them on the rules and regulations surrounding refund processes to ensure the client is satisfied. At times, banking needs to be allocated to invoices or accounts. Some administrative support is also done by me such as collecting the mail or filing.

    WorkAon is a third party in managing claims of injured workers. I work in the accounts team of WorkAon. My main duties include sorting and distributing morning mail and coding and paying invoices. I am also handling phone calls of clients, providers and injured workers. Phone call duties include advising providers and injured workers of policies of WorkAon. These are advising providers of payment policies, the process of registering new clients, new creditors and new injured workers. Duties towards injured workers include advising them of policies of their employer, what ACC regulated amounts are and what they mean.
