    One of my task is concept design of lines to make battery packs for EV and PHEV. For this work, I must have skills of calculating expected OEE, Tack time and line design to meet customer quantity. other thing is improvement of FTTY and Ratio. When I designed lines, because I expected high FTTY and high Ratio so I must meet both of them. For this work, I need to check real root cause and I try to remove all. My design experience is helping this work well. i.e, I have eyes for seeing designs side and equipments side together.

    For a year, I worked in a material purchasing group. My task was to buy 'Fittings' there, and I learned how to manage the company and adjust the delivery date.My team was changed after 1 year and I worked on the design team for 5 years. I did structural design and performance design of a heat exchanger called a condenser was conducted.

    Development of Plastic injection machines. I designed safety covers for protecting operators. I should think safety first and convenience second. But I want to catch all of them so I tried to figure out best way. As results, I made many kind of things like slide doors and hatch doors.
