G.W.Eiser was a great professor at Pratt. From him I learned the intricate ropes of NYC's building codes and had the opportunity to work directly under his wing on a multimillion dollar contract for NYCHA projects in the Upper Westside of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens.
