Responsible for the creation of strategy for the legislative and community affairs programing for Heineken USA in the United States. This includes representing Heineken USA at hearings or coalitions which have included container restrictions to franchise legislation. Responsible for presenting to senior management regarding legislative threats and opportunities to affect change in the restrictive environment which we operate in. Responsible for managing to two professionals and setting the agenda for the public affairs aspect of the department. Responsible for representing Heineken to external organizations such as NABI, SGAC & PAC just to name a few. A member of the Corporate Relations management team, helping direct the overall focus of the department. I also manage the Heineken Good Government Fund which is HUSA's Federal PAC and ensure that we comply with FEC regulations

Issues ranging from Franchise Law to Excise Tax we were heavily involved. To be actively involved in key coalitions and managing one lobbyist in the state of CA. I was also responsible for maintaining the image of the company by actively being involved in the community where Heineken USA held its offices, which was our hometown approach.
