    Roles & Responsibilities – Lead Project Engineer* Review of Received Purchase Orders from Clients and prepare Major Milestones of Payment, Project Requirements in Engineering, Quality, Fabrication, and Shipping.* Preparation of Project Schedule including complete Project Activity * Attending Pre-Inspection Meeting & Kick-off Meetings to achieve the Project & contractual requirement within the specified Project duration & budget.* Continuous follow-up & Monitoring of Engineering & Quality Deliverables as per Client VDRL.* Coordination with Engineering, QA & Procurement for Material Orderings in the planned Project schedule.* Monitoring the material procurement activities & coordinating with Project Inspection requirements.* Preparing Monthly / Weekly plans to meet the Target.* Monitoring & Controlling the Fabrication activities with Project Schedule.* Monitoring and Tracking the Progress of Projects.* Manage sub-contractors, closely follow up the status of sub-contractor deliveries and call for meetings, if the delivery is in the critical path or delayed.* Progressively monitor & reporting to the Management about critical path activities and try to find some possible solution to recover the delay if happened.* Preparation of deliverables in line with PO and coordinating with Shipping parties.Project Handled: * Dump Cooler (ACHE) - M/s.ADNOC - Greenfield Project* Condenser / Oil Cooler (ACHE) - M/s.REI – PDO, Oman* Air Cooled Condenser (ACHE) - M/s.REI- Queensland, Australia.* Gas Turbine Fin Fan Cooler (ACHE) - M/s.Siemens – DEWA - M Extension, Dubai.* Lube Oil Fin Fan Cooler (ACHE) - M/s.Siemens – DEWA - M Extension, Dubai* Steam Turbine Fin Fan Cooler (ACHE) - M/s.Siemens – DEWA - M Extension, Dubai.* Air Cooled Condenser (ACHE) - M/s.REI- Cooper Energy, Australia.* Gas Chiller (S&TH) - M/s.REI – PDO, Oman* Sulfur Condenser (S&TH) - M/s.ADGAS, Abu Dhabi.* Condenser & Oil Coolers (S&TH) - M/s.KNPC, Kuwait.

Projects in progress, Pending critical activities and Customized planning reports as required by management. Expediting and reviewing the projects periodically in production units with respect to the project completion plan. Identifying and gathering the issues in various stages of the projects during execution and highlighting the issues to the concern higher officials and solve them immediately to execute the projects properly with customer satisfaction. Expedite the projects from releasing of Engineering Design Documents to dispatch of finished fabricated components to the erection site.
