    Working at the Hotel Reception got me great experience in customer service, where I had to answer queries from our guests and provide them with all facilities available at the hotel. I have developed great communication skills both verbal and non-verbal, learned the professional approach to answering business mails and phone calls while processing the bookings. When working at Citi Hotel I was responsible of making bookings for guests, processing transactions, serving at the hotel bar and preparing daily reports. Due to Covid-19 outbreak and social distancing restrictions my position was made redundant, however I have gained a lot of valuable experience during these six months of working at the Citi Hotel.

    Mr. Sebastian Rembowski student of The Robert Gordon University of Aberdeen on faculty Management with HRM was apprenticed in Training Centre in company BSH Bosh and Siemens Home Appliances Group, Branch in Lodz, on target 1.07.2019 - 31.08.2019.During the practise Mr. Rembowski become acquainted with:-organizational structure of branch-health and safety regulations-quality management systems ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.The scope of duties included:-active participation in organising tranings-participation in creating new training modules-data management-creating and updating monthly reports, setting up training rotas-producing new presentations-placing new orders in internal system as for Training Centre needs-availability to take part in training programmes-supporting Training Centre with day-to-day activities.
