I was solely responsible for the company’s relocation out of state to a new 120,000 sq ft facility. This included designing the entire facility for all aspects of manufacturing and the supporting departments. In addition, I was responsible for all city and state and federal negations. This provided tax relief on all capital expenditures and allowed financial assistance with employee training. In the Time I was with Artesian, manufacturing has been able to increase productivity by 28% while reducing overhead and burden by 6%. Current employee base is in excess of 120 personnel.

Various duties are required such as budgeting, lean implantation, motivation, training and support. While in this position, productivity has increased by over 10 percent while maintaining the highest level of quality and safety. This can be attributed to my working knowledge of plant floor operation, removing of non value added processes, removing of constraints and team building. I believe strongly in sharing ownership with all my staff. This encourages growth, desire, and self-worth.I have also been selected to manage the safety programs for 3 facilities. The Sundance spa's facility, Jacuzzi whirlpool bath plant, and our specialty products facility. Over all safety record in the 1st quarter has been improved by over 50%. Current employee staffing is in excess of 1200 personnel on 2 shifts.
