Responsible for the overall running and development of the retail and pharmacy business in each store I managed. Setting development plans for the management and professional roles within the store. As store manager I was responsible for growing sales and market share within the pharmacy industry on the high street. During my time in Boots I started and led the the training and development plan for the future managers of the Heathrow Airport stores. I successfully ran this training course for the two years I was based there. During my time at Boots I was positioned in stores that were not performing to company standards with customer care, sales and pharmacy services. After I turned these stores around it was onto the next. It's a real sense of achievement when you can look back over your time knowing you have changed a business for the better.
