    I evaluated Lalela's online learning programme (during the covid-19 pandemic) with a colleague, and presented the findings at the SACHES conference in 2022.     I managed the national rollout of an education programme, training in-service teachers in social cohesion workshops, working with all nine provincial education departments in South Africa, along with the teacher union NAPTOSA. Teachers were trained in CAPS-aligned material promoting social cohesion in the classroom and society at large. I also assisted with the monitoring and evaluation of the programme, obtaining feedback from teachers and learners through semi-structured interviews and focus groups.
