From hand drawn and digital illustrations to pattern making and sewing, I communicate the client’s vision through graphic or fashion design. Utilizing technology, I work with clients remotely for live virtual meetings that allows them to view progress and have input/revisions directly updated in real time creating a more efficient and productive workflow. This also makes it more convenient for the client and involves them in the process. The fashion industry is also one of the leading contributors to waste on the planet. My efforts include encouraging clients to bring in old garments or a previous garment I created for them to be repaired or re-envisioned into a new design. As you progress, so does your wardrobe. Bringing back that old sense of nostalgia of having something especially tailored to you. I’m a one man show, so let's get together and make a difference... and look good doing it.

Host/ Emcee for 3 Days of Fashion
-
Jun 2018 - Jun 2018

San Francisco
As a recent FIDM graduate, the campus hired me as a host/emcee for 3 Days of Fashion. It is three days every year that FIDM hosts on campus and opens its doors to high school students and parents from around the country to introduce the opportunities and careers paths available in the fashion industry. Students get to experience fashion related creativity on every level, from fashion design to merchandise and marketing. It gives the students and parents a glimpse into creative problem solving for the fashion industry. I get to update them on workshops and the agenda for the day, interact with high school students and parents, interview guests, answer questions and be a representative on behalf of the school. I conducted myself with tact and relatively to both high school students and parents. Flexibility and tenacity was critical and key to speaking in public for any changes in the program or criteria.
