My most significant accomplishments during the time that I spent with Glorious was solving four major problems the company was facing concerning their harvest schedules and space:Before being promoted to harvest lead, I lead the weekly propagation events and cared for thousands of clones as a senior cultivation agent. I trained several cultivation agents across the departments of defoliation, propagation and harvesting. Having been with Glorious at their Lake Orion location since their very first day in operation, I’ve earned the knowledge that comes from the experience of large facility start up.
