    Main Duties and responsibilities:Keyholder to the site so I am required to open and lockup all elements of the 3 warehouse locations.Duty manager to the shop where I regularly manage shifts and its running.Shop duties consist of: Delivering excellent customer service, cash handling and safe, rota and shop employee discipline & management, re-merchandising of the Halesowen store, handling complaints and refunds.As part of my general role I had to be able to build, maintain and repair extreme sports equipment such as skateboards, stunt scooters, mini BMX, standard BMX and ice skates.I am one of two bicycle mechanics to the company so a lot of my work is bike based and I am also on the product testers list to check repairs and faulty equipment.Use of several bench based machinery such as pillar drills, buzz saws and an ice skate sharpener.At times I'll be required to help cover other elements of the business including warehouse and Customer Service.
