In July 2015 I moved to Calgary, Alberta to help launch the newly renamed, and refocused company. FQE® Chemicals is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, with product design and manufacturing in Houston, Texas. I created a marketing plan focusing the company on creating an audience. Through our website we're building a resource about our industry and the innovations at the forefront. I implemented a CRM/Marketing tool to help align both sales and marketing together. Created hundreds of pieces of literature from case studies, brochures, proposals, white papers and technical documents. Acted as an inside sales representative to help answer incoming leads from our website and targeted advertising.In October 2016, I was promoted to Chief Marketing Officer to help grow the marketing/sales team.

As the Global Marketing Manager I was responsible for the alignment of our marketing globally and the further development of the marketing team by hiring and training junior staff.Highlights and Responsibilities Developed and managed the Marketing plan and $1,000,000 annual budget. Presented at annual management meetings in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and in Banff, Alberta Canada.Managed corporate sponsorship of Olympic Gold Medal Winning Canadian Curling star Brad Gushue and his team. I organized appearances such as an internal curling lessons with staff, appearances with the team at trade show events to meet clients and alignment of social media channels. Created a :30 second TV commercial that aired on SportsNET during the Grand Slam of Curling in Fort McMurrary, Alberta as part of a sponsorship of the event. Researched potential Company awards and organized internal stakeholders to provide input into the application processes. Highlights including being the PROFIT Guide’s #1 company in 2014, of which I was selected to receive the award on behalf of executive management in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Other notable awards include multiple Canada’s Best Managed Companies, Alberta Venture’s FAST GROWTH 50 list and Alberta Venture’s V250 Highest Grossing Companies in Alberta. Led a team to create the first intranet site to improve communication and foster the collaboration of global teams. Developed a brand and communications plan around the launch and worked with internal department heads to ascertain their needs.Designed and procured a brand new custom built 20 x 20 trade show booth to be used globally. I planned, booked, managed, and attended tradeshows in Canada, United States, Kazakhstan and the United Arab Emirates. Upon the acquisition of a chemical company in November of 2013, I took on the responsibility of rebranding over 100 chemicals to a new distinct brand.

As the Senior Marketing Designer, I was the first internal marketing employee and reported to the Executive Vice-President. My role was to build a brand for the rapidly growing international Company. Revenue growth during this time was $29 million in 2012 to over $60 million dollars globally in 2013.Highlights and Responsibilities I planned, designed and developed a brand new responsive website with over sixty pages of content (2012). Created and executed on a long-term search engine optimization plan to help with organic growth on strategic keywords - growing the website traffic by over 267%.Working with our Human Resources Manager, we created an employee brand and tagline that was used across our careers website and promoted throughout the Company. Further to that we created recruitment brochures and career stories of employees to bring a global workforce closer together. Created and managed digital marketing advertisements utilizing Google AdWords, LinkedIn Sponsored Ads, Facebook Ads, print publication ad spaces and Indeed Sponsored Jobs. Setup and developed strategic marketing campaigns for the promotion of new services, products and recruitment objectives across all social media channels; growing our LinkedIn followers to 7,300 as of July 2015.Created and designed all marketing resources for both internal and external customers such as print and digital advertisements, brochures, trade show displays, operational forms, health and safety, training and various others as required.Acted as the Company’s photographer travelling to works sites across Alberta to capture photos of our employees and equipment for use in marketing materials and proposal documents. In January 2014 I was promoted to the Global Marketing Manager.
