    Planned, directed and coordinated the development of monthly variance reports, financial forecasts, and budgets by using SAP, BW, Excel and other reporting tools. Oversaw all accounting functions including activity based cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, billing, purchasing, account reconciliations and processing financial transactions in SAP. Developed a highly skilled and diverse team of accounting personnel who achieved established objectives. Collaborated with the Plant Manager and seven department managers to ensure all financial goals were understood, monitored and accomplished.
