    Responsibilities:• Preparation of comprehensive periodic and annual financial statements and management reports for clients. • To help educate clients and guide them through the minefield that is Taxation to ensure they understood and made full use of the various tax opportunities available to them. • Appointed as senior member of our audit team involved with both internal and external audits on various entities including companies, Trusts, not-for-profit organisations, clubs and societies. Following an audit I would document the findings and deliver to management our recommendations on areas for improvement, specifically relating to best business practices and internal controls.• Assisting with the firms strategic planning intiatives which involved working with other senior members to improve business effectiveness and efficiencies. • Developing and supporting various ‘Special’ projects including establishing a new division which focused solely on business advisory and leading the research and implementation of a new cloud accounting software, Xero.
