    As an IT director I am responsible for the management, strategy and execution of IT infrastructure for our organization. I establish, plan, and administer the overall policies and goals for the information technology department. Analyze the needs of different departments and determine ways to meet business objectives by modifying existing or developing new information processing systems. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephones, software applications, and peripherals. Manage financial aspects of the IT Division, including purchasing, budgeting, and budget review.

    I owned and operated a small computer service firm in the Lakes Region. We had a small shop on Main St and serviced local commercial and residential customers. We we able to offer unique services such as support for point-of-sale systems, servers, small to mid-sized local and WAN networks, and custom web/application development. In addition to the services we also built custom gaming PC's and high-end workstations and servers. Ultimately, I ended up closing the business to work in my current position as IT Director at Granite Bay Care, Inc.
