     Preparing Due Diligence report for clients based on research, data gathering, background screening and present the findings with appropriate risk assessment areas within the stipulated time frame and ensure correctness and information assessment is in line with Entity’s parameters. Safeguard the company’s intellectual property rights, by way of registration of trade and service marks and confidentiality agreements. Identification assessment and implementing risk mitigation majors, thereby protecting the interest of client and eliminating frauds through Third Party Risk Monitoring. Ensuing compliance with Statutory and Regulatory statues, corporate laws and applicable rules and regulations.  Ensuring timely renewal of contracts with clients and maintain the database of renewal documents.  Handing complete Mandate of Due Diligence reports with detailed verification & certification.  Maintaining MIS for various clients and handling operational functions as far as delivery of reports are concerned. Drafting, Reviewing and Notarizing the agreements of partnership firms and registering with the appropriate government authorities. Preparing agenda and maintaining minutes of board meeting.  Training interns and updating them on latest amendments. Preparing newsletters & compliance calendar on monthly basis.
