    I design, develop, build and test new concepts and new machines used in packaging industry. Built first in house 120BPM Rotary Powder Filling (RPF120) machine by Leading Design, Build & Trials successfully exhibited at The Pharmaceutical Machinery and Equipment Convention (P-MECH), 2018 held in Delhi, India. Developed the RPF120 machine concept, CAD model, manufacturing drawings with emphasis on GD&T. Co-ordinated with purchase, procurement, in-house machine shop, quality and planning department for the build. Resolved in-house machining problems. Planned first build, troubleshooting build problems, with stage inspection during the build. Co-developed logic for the machine running with Electrical department. Achieved required weight variation (+/-2%) with novel stirrer design.  Eliminated visual jerk of bottle during entry from bottle feeding worm to bottle incoming turret by improving design of bottle feeding worm. Designed bottle inverter Cam for Linear washing machine of 180BPM output, designed & built machine for required output along with pneumatic circuit design. Developed rotary cap hopper for an output of 300bpm machine, eliminating use of vibrator hopper, with a cheaper and reduced noise alternative. Changed actuator on tablet counting machine to achieve 100% reliability for doubling output. Led trials and successful implementation onto present machine. Assembled Filling and Sealing (300BPM) Mono-block machine. Designed CAM fixture for bottle inverting used in rotary washing machine based cycloidal profile reducing on machine time from 16 hours to 3hours.

Designed modular fixture for door latch mechanism tests as per ECE R-21, upto fabrication.Developed in house capability for 16DOF vehicle vibration analysis. Developed mathematical model, Automated Matlab program and validated natural frequencies against Nano model to within 10%.
