    Intern Nepal Initiatives is a visionary project aimed to link industry education and human resource. Through projects such as Intern Nepal and Recruit Nepal we intend to take a different approach towards providing recruitment support to companies in Nepal likewise empower the students and fresher candidates who enter Nepalese market every year.My experience working in Nepal I noticed a huge gap in education and industry in terms of channelling the freshers pool in the current workforce of Nepal. Which has depicted many students and freshers to be left helpless and without proper guidance /support to start and build their careers. Likewise not many companies are aware of the framework to use and properly utilize the fresher pool so as to extract talent and create a sustainable support system in their workforce.We are here to change this, firstly we want to promote the internship culture and need of early working culture in our youth. Likewise through Intern Nepal we are striving to facilitating companies' with specialised freshers pool through compatible portals and established channels that meet needs of companies and also build an ecosystem where we can empower students and freshers to come to our market better, adaptive and with better understanding of bringing theory to practice.
