    WeCause is a platform that brings together the changemakers of the modern world. It is built keeping in mind the needs of modern NGOs and millennial youth. Together they form an ecosystem of talent and resources that create change.We all have some social causes we deeply care about. With WeCause, users can browse for different types of volunteer jobs, also called tasks or gigs, and apply to them based on their interests and skill sets.As the technical co-founder, my primary job is to make sure the development of WeCause proceeds smoothly and we minimize our technical debt as much as possible. I lead a team of skilled web-developers and designers.Secondly, I am also deeply involved in deciding the vision of the startup and making sure what we're building stays consistent with this vision.
