Supporting myself financially by doing casual work. Spending three months in Italy. Joining an art studio in Florence for a month and completed a sculpture in clay. Spending the remaining five months in Germany studying sculpture at the Dresden Academy of Visual Arts. Familiarising myself with basic sculpture casting techniques and taking bookbinding as an extra subject.
