As Program Manager I closely engaged in executing the initiative launched under Innovation for Defence Excellence (iDEX), an accelerator program - FORGE4fauj aimed at catalyzing startups to Innovate, Incubate and Accelerate to deliver technologically advanced Defence grade prototype as solutions to the challenges of Indian Armed Forces and DPSUs . I curate the problem statement, evaluate and assist selection committee to identify & announce the winning proposals of startups. I engage with startups, innovators, MSMEs & EiR associated with Forge in several aspects including defining the Problem Statement, mapping their Product Requirement to Minimum Viable Product (MVP), convert requirements into Product Functional Units and closely monitor the development of prototype through TRL-DPI model and facilitate to achieve Military Grade Product or Services.
