Responsible for the launch of cross-cloud projects and driving the project to completion and project close. Maintain Asana to keep the project team in alignment.● Manage scope changes for each client through delegation of rescoping processes and SOW updates.● Manage the engineering queue for each project via Asana to ensure our timeline is in alignment with due dates and action items for build tasks.● Provide Marketing Cloud Administrative support to clients upon request and delegate troubleshooting outside of my SME to the appropriate team member.
