    As a Sales Operations Executive, I assisted with lead generation for our wider Sales team, I collected business and sales data when required and provided insights on scientific industries and instrumentation. For the first half of the year, I provided essential training support to new staff at SciLeads. Working alongside HR, I was responsible for the planning of each individuals induction week and organised all their introductory meetings and training slots. I created training documents & resources to assist with training and to provide them with the tools to succeed in their new role. I organised, presented and delivered training to the new recruits, graded their work and gave feedback on how best to progress. I also assisted the Sales Manager with technical documents used for training Sales Development Reps.Prior to moving into the training role, I provided maternity cover for a senior sales operation executive within the department where I was responsible for generation of reports, data and other metrics related to business operation for the VP and CEO of the company.
