    After five years of growing the business, Phil Collier, is moving on. He has sold the SME part of the business, including the TurnstoneHR name and brand via a management buy out to his colleagues, Chrissy Tait and Sarah Goddard. This took effect from 1st July 2014.Chrissy said: “While of course we will miss Phil and Jen, we are excited about this wonderful opportunity. We all love what we do, and feel privileged to work with such a great variety of local businesses. Now we will be focusing on continuing to provide the excellent level of service that TurnstoneHR is known for, whilst at the same time looking for other ways to improve our offering.“One of the things we will be doing is moving to a remote working model.     I spent 10 great years with GSK in their manufacturing facilities in and around the M25 area. I saw Glaxo merge with Welcome bringing with it complicated HR policy & benfefits integration then onto organisation development as a new company emerged. As my own knowledge & expertise grew, I moved into the Manufacturing HQ into a HR Mgr role looking after Directors and International Engineers based near Heathrow before starting an MBA at Lancaster Univ and moving up north.
