Project Manager
-
Jan 2007 - Dec 2007
In this project management role I was responsible for leading and directing the project management team within the organisation. My key remit was to introduce project management to the organisation, introducing robust methodologies and to recruit junior project managers. I worked very closely with all areas of the business, commonly at directorate level to assist in both internal projects and external projects for both our secured lending division and sub-prime / prime motor divisions. I introduced a project methodology based on Prince2 which both suits the organisation and is adaptable for the differing projects being delivered. This role was both challenging in “championing” the role of project management and in the technologies and systems used within the organisation
