Selected Highlights:• Partnered with the Global team to develop key project (e.g. scoping documents, project plans, RACI, project checklist, project tracker) and training documentation (e.g. training decks, process flows, procedures, implementation guides).• Actively participated in the management of first to market/complex project implementations and delivery related discussions with various Regional/Global teams to resolve potential roadblocks.• Worked closely with the Configuration team to develop a new way to implement Mastercard Traveller Rewards for customers, formalising this as a BAU process and shortening implementation from 20 weeks to 7 weeks. This is now globally adopted.• Collaborated with and provided expert advice to the Digital Identity Australian team regarding product/market readiness requirements for Mastercard product.
