site services.In April 2004 I was promoted to the role of Team Manager - site services.· working as a team Leader of the Site Services Team· representing Kent brewery on the national energy policy team· providing services such as steam, air, CO2, refrigeration and technical support to various areas of the plant.· major focus on energy conservation, reliability and availability of site services, operational modifications and design of new systems, and OH&S of team membersAchievements:During my tenure as Site Services Manager there was not a single loss time injury to any of the team members.I was Team Leader for developing the assets disposal plan after the closure of brewery and was the primary contact for dealing with global tendering parties for effective disposal of plant.In June 1996 I was promoted to the role of Line Manager Production. Reporting to the Team Leader my responsibilities include:· overseeing operation and maintenance of the packaging machinery, trouble shooting and quality control of raw materials and the packaged product· developing and applying strategies for continuous improvement of the plant· assisting team to meet site and team key performance indicators, energy conservation and management, general administrative duties and project workAchievements:I was a leading member of the team, which installed and commissioned the new Krones filler on B2 line.Modified the B2 Line packer that was a bottleneck in the production line and raised the line efficiency from 55% to 70%.

I reported to the Plant Manager and was responsible for:· monitoring the condition of the rotating machines based on their vibration data analysis and the analysis of their lubricating oil samples· predicting machinery failures· advising maintenance requirements· conducting thermography surveys on heat exchangers, switch boards and wirings· developing monthly reports regarding the condition of the entire power station machinery· taking field measurements and analysing the plant performance data and writing plant failure analysis reportsAchievement:Coordinated number of engineering projects and organised the condition monitoring of various civil structures by engaging overseas consultants and monitoring their performance.· carrying out detailed engineering inspections and assessment of plant, identifying maintenance and capital projects, conducting economic evaluations of the options, writing project specifications and administration of contracts· conducting quality audits on suppliers as part of the contracts administrationAchievement:Successfully managed the project of cartridge conversion for boiler feed pumps that reduced the maintenance time drastically.
