The contribution I have made to clients has been:• A wide experience of working in partnership to bring about real and sustainable change.• Experience of managing complex groups of experts and stakeholders in a number of different contexts. • High level enabling and facilitation skills to support managers in developing approaches for bringing about sustainable change. • A successful track record of delivery and implementation of complex changes covering a diverse range of relationship and stakeholder interests.• Working with top teams to enhance their collective and individual capability. Assignments have included:• Working with a PE backed leisure company to identify the best way of inputting an HR Service• Working with the Top Team of a major charity to build their collective capability for the vision of the future• Working with the Chairman and Chief Executive of a FTSE Company to review Top Team and Board Performance
